This is a 28 foor Delta, built by SkyBums (Paul Morgan). It carries a 16"6' fibre glass pole spreader with a 3ml wall and 12.5 carbon centre spars and traling edges he kite stands around 15 foot high and can achieve altitudes of 6,000 ft insiide half an hour. Has been fully flight tested.
